The Rap Up

The Rap Up Hip Hop show is aired every Saturday between 21:00 – 01:00.

Basically, it is all about showcasing the local Hip Hop talents, preferably Mkhondo and Mpumalanga as a whole. It has about 5 features (segments), namely Today In Hip Hop History which focuses on the olden days of Hip Hop, events that have repercussions on modern days.

Street Request, where people requests their favourite Hip Hop songs. Besides having a Hip Hop guest on the show, other features include an Album Review and The Come Up Top 10, where 10 local hottest songs are played. These features guarantee listenership growth as the show’s hosts/presenter is visible to the people/listeners of Mkhondo, Mpumalanga and parts Swaziland. This is done by covering local Music events.
